Find your Whispering Tree

We had a beautiful day at the Sutton Parks event, where I volunteered to run a children’s corner and teach nature-based meditations.

This local art event in Poulters Park encouraged residents to draw and paint the landscape, fostering community connections and even showcasing winning artworks at the town hall. I decided to base my workshop on the theme of trees, taking children on a creative visualisation journey. Together, we met our  "Whispering Tree" and discovered a secret or two about ourselves.
